- Name of the buyer must be same as the name of the applicant specified in the Aircraft Registration Application, AC Form 8050-1.
- Specify trade / co-owner name if any when the trade name reflects in the registration of the aircraft in Aircraft Bill of Sale Form
- Please specify all previous owners in case the aircraft is not bought from the last registered owner
- Please do not provide a PO Box address. Specify physical address along with a PO Box address in case providing a PO Box address is necessary
- All registered owners of the aircraft must sign this form as required by Federal Aviation Regulations

Steps to Prepare Aircraft Bill of Sale Form
- Enter the sale amount in US dollar
- Enter the registration number or “N number”
- Enter exact model and manufacturer of the aircraft
- Enter serial number of the aircraft
- Enter the date of sale in required format
- Enter purchaser’s name in required format, provide physical address of the buyer
- Enter dealer certificate number if you are a dealer or leave blank otherwise
- Enter word His/Her/Their depending upon the gender of the buyer
